We recommend booking as soon as you know your event dates, and at least 2–4 weeks in advance, especially for peak seasons. A deposit will be required to hold the date.
Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and begin planning. Contact us to discuss your dates/needs and to get a quote for your event.

Our service window typically ranges from 1 to 3 hours for private events, depending on your package. We also book all day public events based on availability and event terms & requirements. Easy roll in and set up. Our cart includes charcuterie styling, décor, utensils, eco-friendly serveware, and signage tailored to your event theme. Requirements for our set up depend on whether it's a public or private event. We can usually get set up in less than hour for most events.
